Mango Designs provides website design, development, and related digital services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements or quotes provided to clients.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom website designs and code created specifically for their project. Mango Designs retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines and delivery dates.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mango Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Please also refer to our Fair Use Policy for additional terms regarding service usage and termination.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
